Why nominated | He was simply an old fashioned winger that was a sheer joy to watch. His pace in his first stint at Hearts was what made him. Could have gone on to great things but only managed 1 or 2 caps. A very intelligent player who took players on with skill. |
Memorable Games | When on form in most games. The one game i'll remember is Hearts vs Bayern Munich where he knocked the ball past a defender then went one on one and missed! Still great skill. |
Other Comments | Apart from Robbo, in modern day players he is without doubt the best. |
