HANDS OFF GARRY

LOKOMOTIV MOSCOW last night warned Hearts that striker Garry O'Connor is not for sale.

The Russian club insist Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov is wasting his time making any move for the Scotland striker.

And Lokomotiv bosses have told the Tynecastle outfit to look elsewhere in January as he is not for sale - at any price.

Club spokesman Aleksandr Udaltsov said last night: "There has been talks about Garry but he is one of the main players.

"I can't disclose the fee that was being talked about as that is confidential.

"But Garry is not for sale. Mr Romanov may have been waiting for a phone call but since Garry is not available then there was no point."
