HIBERNIAN<

Mark Brown
Dealt well with high balls and could do little to stop either goal. 6/10
Richie Towell
Poor distribution going forward but defended well against Driver. 5

Francis Dickoh
Off target with good chance towards end of first half. Looked shaky at times. 5

Paul Hanlon

Lucky not to have first-half penalty given against him but otherwise led his defence well. 7

Callum Booth
Continues to impress as a forward-going full-back and was always available on the overlap. 7

Liam Miller
Scored with penalty but was not as influential as his ability should enable him to be. 5

Victor Palsson
Hibs' key performer in recent games, but below par yesterday. Missed a sitter with score at 1-1. 5

Martin Scott
Booked early on and taken off at half-time. 4

Matt Thornhill
Hibs' best player over the 90 minutes, hard-working and productive. 7

Akpo Sodje
Let down by poor first touch at times; at others had to concede second best to Webster. 5

Derek Riordan
Another Hibs player who had an off day. Missed glorious chance to score at the death. 5

SUBSTITUTES

Ricardo Vaz Te
Showed nice touches after coming on for second half. Took goal well. 5

David Wotherspoon
Played Vaz Te in for Hibs' second and helped Hibs stretch the play. 3

Ian Murray
Little time to make a difference.

HEARTS

Jamie MacDonald
Had a couple of vital saves as Hibs increased the pressure in second half. Late replacement for the injured Kello. 6/10

Ismael Bouzid
Began at right-back but more assur

ed after switch to usual position of centre-half. 7

Andy Webster
Commanding display at the back to ensure ten-man Hearts were not overrun. Most influential performer on the field. 8

Marius Zaliukas
Needlessly sent off for conceding penalty. Increasingly looks like a liability to Hearts. 2

Craig Thomson
Caused problems with dead-ball delivery. Defended assiduously. 7

David Templeton
Had hardly been involved when substituted following Zaliukas' dismissal. 3

Ruben Palazuelos
Dug in well to gain early midfield dominance. Booked in first half. 6

Ian Black
Energetic display which helped Hearts stay in contention when under pressure in second half. 6

Andrew Driver
Produced cross for opening goal and looked dangerous until he ran out of steam. 6

Ryan Stevenson
Took goal well and worked tirelessly as target man in second half. 7

Stephen Elliott
Overcame disappointment of early misses to seize late equaliser. 6

SUBSTITUTES

Jason Thomson
Came on after Zaliukas red card and played solidly at right-back. 6

Ryan McGowan
On for last 20 in place of Driver. 3

Rudi Skacel
On for last ten in place of Black.
