IS it just me, or is it a tad peculiar that a former Cold War submariner can't speak English? What's more unsettling though, is the air of frosty detachment that follows Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov - it's like watching a Bond baddie minus the sinister music (BBC2, Tuesday). Deserved Scottish Cup winner or not, I felt very uneasy watching this clinical empire-builder hiring and firing with an alarming sense of detachment. As for Celtic bribing Hearts?
