WEIR'S WAY BESTGRAHAM WEIR last night urged Hearts' kids to follow his lead and walk out of Tynecastle for the sake of their careers. The 22-year-old striker, who signed for Queen of the South in the summer after six years in Gorgie, said: "Jim Jefferies and Craig Levein took time out to watch the youth teams.
