Brellier may leave after latest snubJULIEN Brellier has admitted he may have to leave Hearts following his latest snub. The French midfielder made a positive impact after being signed by George Burley last summer, but he has been increasingly sidelined by those in charge at the club. He faces competition for his place from Bruno Aguiar, but defender Ibrahim Tall was preferred in the holding midfield role for the club's past two games. Hearts fans called for him to be introduced as Hearts struggled to a 1-1 draw with Dunfermline on Saturday, and Brellier was brought on in the 83rd minute to one of the loudest cheers of the day. "I'm disappointed and very angry," said the former Inter player. "I can understand when Bruno plays ahead of me. I'm not saying Ibrahim is no good because he is a very good player. I just think he is much better in defence. I have to think about the future. I can't tell you I'm going or not going." ![]() Taken from the Scotsman |
