Ivanauskas angered by Collins report

Hearts head coach Valdas Ivanauskas admits he is "very angry" at suggestions Hibernian counterpart John Collins branded his side a pub team.

A tabloid newspaper reported on Friday that Collins' outburst from within the away dressing room at Tynecastle came only minutes after his team lost the derby 3-2. Collins was less than complimentary during the post-match press conference when he said "there was only one team trying to play football".

Ivanauskas said: "He is very intelligent and a very clever manager but, if he says this thing, I do not think it is good for him. For us, it is not true firstly (that we are like a pub team). Secondly, maybe he was very angry after he lost on Boxing Day, but that is his choice for him. Now I am very, very angry. I think, yes (it shows a lack of respect)."

He added: "For me, I don't have any negative reaction about any other manager or other teams, just respect. You must respect teams and also managers."
