Robinson returns

Gary Locke will welcome back Scott Robinson to top team duty as Hearts take on Dinamo Bucharest on Tuesday night.

The Jambos travel south to play the Romanian side in the first pre-season friendly of this campaign and the manager is looking to his young guns to stake a claim for first team action.

Speaking to Hearts News, Gary said: "Wee Pum (Robinson) will be okay, he's trained all pre-season so he'll get a run out at some point tomorrow.

"Callum Paterson and Danny Wilson are still a little bit behind, they've not managed to do any of the pre-season as of yet but they're working hard with the physio. I'm hoping that they'll be back in the next few days. If we can get those two back then it'll be a big plus for the squad.

"We've not got a big squad so some of these young boys, like Jordan McGhee, Sam Nicholson, Adam King, Liam Gordon & Gary Oliver will all be pushing for a place on the bench this season, if not playing in the team.

"I was delighted with the way they played against Selkirk last Saturday and there's three or four that will travel with us tomorrow."
